I am so exited that I had to pass this along. The podcast Bible Study that we started less than one year ago has reached over 1000 views on this blog cite. It has been viewed by people in the following places the United States, Senegal, Puerto Rico, Iraq, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, Malaysia, Kenya, Brazil, and Jamaica that I know of. God is so amazing that He can take this little podcast and use it all around the world so that people can hear His Word. It is not to late to check it out. Switching gears for the Summer
So we have been going through a pretty heavy book since September. I thought we might hit the pause button on Romans and go through a lighter book for the summer. We will be exploring the book of Ruth. Ruth is a great book and believe it or not it has a lot of prophetic value to you and me as students of God’s Word. I hope that you will join us on this study, and when we finish Ruth we will jump back into Romans and continue that study. I thought maybe we could all use a little break. If you have any questions at all feel free to post them. I am really looking forward to this study.

Alright everyone. I have recorded the Christmas podcast, and I just finished getting the references and questions typed up. We should be good to go on Tuesday to put it online. I am really excited about this one. I hope that I was able to answer your questions to your satisfaction. During the podcast we read through the Christmas narrative, and if you would like a little homework to prepare here is a list of some of the passages that we will look at. These are in chronological order, which is the way that we read them in the study. Luke 1:26-38; Matthew 1:18-24; Luke 2:1-20; Matthew 2:1-20. I haven’t heard from anyone, but I was wondering if you wanted to wait until after New Year’s Day to get back to our Romans study. That would mean that our next podcast would be January 7th, 2014. Please let me know what you think. Christmas is really close, and I hope that you are all excited. When I think about what it meant for a Holy God to become man so that we can live for eternity with Him I just stand in awe. Jesus gave up everything He had for us because He loves us and wants to be with us in heaven. I hope that every day I can dwell on that, and in some way try to share that love with someone. Hey gang, just a quick note to catch you up on the latest news.
I am very sorry for the delay this week with the podcast. What I am going to do is release one shortly for this week and next week. It will still be only one hour, but that will give everyone a chance to catch up. On the 17th will be the Christmas podcast. So please turn in any questions by Saturday the 7th if you want them included on the podcast. I have a few already so thank you to those who turned them in. We will not have a podcast on the 24th to give everyone a break for Christmas, and then we will be back together on the 31st unless people would like that week off for New Years. Let me know what you think about that. I apologize again for the delay with this week’s lesson. I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving, and I hope that you are totally pumped for Christmas and not stressing out. If you begin to stress out think of that little baby who was born to take away the sins of the world, and don’t dwell on all the pressures of gifts and running around. Okay gang this will be where our Bible study meets. I am planning on posting an audio Bible study every week. We can use this blog for questions, comments, or anything that we need to discuss. I am really excited, and I think it will be a lot of fun. I believe that studying God’s Word is the greatest adventure that we can go on until we sit at the Master’s feet in eternity, and I really believe that the Holy Spirit will speak to us through the Study of His Word so buckle up and get ready.
